Form submissions
Submitting a form on this website is a request for information or an estimate. It does not create a service agreement and does not reserve a date.
Estimates
Estimates provided from photos and descriptions are preliminary. Many projects require an in-person review before pricing is confirmed.
Final pricing
Final pricing depends on the confirmed project scope, access, materials, and conditions found at the property.
Service availability
Service availability varies by location, scheduling, and the type of work requested. Contact us to confirm availability for your address.
Specialty work
All work is offered only where permitted and within our approved scope. Specialty, permitted, concealed, panel, rewiring, gas-line, or major trade work may require a licensed specialty contractor.
Customer photographs
Photographs you send are used to review your project. They are not published without your permission.
Website content
Service photography on this website is used to illustrate the types of work we perform and is not presented as completed customer projects. Only items in the Recent Work area represent completed projects added by the owner.
